Skeptical of the claims, I had a friend of mine try this program to see what results – if any – she was able to see from following it. The name is Naked Beauty, and the results were rather shocking. When followed for a month, it was possible to see visual results.

Getting Started

There are two main periodicals that provide exercises to follow:

  • Naked Beauty
  • Anti-Cellulite Cardio Guide

The first periodical, Naked Beauty, is all you need to get started. Just 7 pages long, this is the primer that explains what you’ll be doing and how to modify your workouts. This is very important because we’re all at a different level of fitness. If you can’t do a specific exercise or you lack range of motion to complete an exercise, the author explains how to modify the exercises.

Included are pictures and explanations of 8 exercises that are considered complex and work a variety of muscles. These are your main go-to exercises and will be what you’ll follow throughout the duration of the program.

These are done in sessions with 8 to 10 reps per exercise. With 64 to 80 reps per session and a recommendation of 3 sessions, you’re looking at 192 – 240 reps in one day – it’s takes a ton of effort.

The cardio portion includes cardio workouts that you can do to bolster your results. This is a short periodical at just 3 pages in length, but everything is included from using a treadmill to the MPH and incline that you should be following – and for how long. Tension stepping, and up and downs are also included. This will allow you to bolster your exercises to burn more calories and shed excess weight.

But, that’s not all you get.

Videos, Videos and more Videos

Pictures are great, but videos really show you what to do and how to do it – right? There are videos for the entire program, which include:

  • 2 main videos that cover the entire Naked Beauty main routine
  • Flat and sexy stomach
  • Tightly toned arms

The main video covers how to perform the 8 main exercises. This video includes Joey doing the exercises as well as a model, so you know exactly how to perform each move.

There are also two other video series included: flat and sexy stomach and tightly toned arms.

What’s really great about the flat and sexy stomach series is that these are exercises you can do at home without the need for a gym membership. That’s a very important part of the program because you don’t need to spend more money at the gym to see results; you can see results doing all of these exercises at home.

Tightly toned arms does require dumbbells to get started, but the cost is very minimal and these will help rid your body of cellulite.

Putting it All Together

Finally, everything is put together into a personal schedule that is easy to follow. This includes the recommended days to do the:

  • Main routine
  • Cardio
  • Flat and sexy stomach
  • Tightly toned arms

There are numerous sample schedules to follow, so you can choose a schedule that best works for you. It is very simple, and everything is laid out for you.

I want to note that as a bonus, there is also 2 workout programs (easy and hard) meant to help you tighten loose skin and really push your fitness to the next level. These are workouts that can be done on your day off, or on days when you’re not following the main routine.

The only thing I forgot to mention is that you’ll also receive the Anti-Cellulite Prevention & Maintenance booklet. This is a sample workout routine that you can follow after you have rid yourself of cellulite. The routine is less rigorous than what is done with the main program, but prevents cellulite from creeping back in your life.
